2. Description of Service

Doors & Dreams is an expert marketplace platform that connects users with vetted experts for video consultations. We facilitate bookings, payments, and video calls between users and experts.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Expert Verification

All experts on our platform undergo a verification process. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of expert credentials or the quality of advice provided. Users should conduct their own due diligence.

5. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to expert availability. Payments are processed through Razorpay and are non-refundable except in cases of expert cancellation or technical issues preventing the call from taking place.

6. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for refunds unless the expert cancels.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or experts
• Share inappropriate or offensive content during calls
• Attempt to circumvent payment or booking systems
• Impersonate others or provide false information

8. Limitation of Liability

Doors & Dreams is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to advice provided by experts, technical issues, or payment processing errors. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Doors & Dreams and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.
